Every Rekha piece is individually handcrafted and made to order, especially for you. For this reason, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.
If your piece reaches you damaged, defective or broken, we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange, subject to inspection and verification by our team.
To help us resolve any such issue smoothly, please record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video starting with the sealed package and continuing through the complete unboxing. This video is required for us to verify the condition in which your piece was received and process an exchange.
